About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Development professional to drive innovative product and business model initiatives within our retail banking division. The role focuses on leveraging data, AI and emerging digital infrastructure to improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Develop new products and business models tailored to the retail banking market.
Leverage data, AI, and emerging digital technologies to create technology‑driven capabilities that enhance customer experience.

Required profile

Background in strategy, product development, or innovation within banking or fintech.
Good understanding of the retail banking business model.
Exposure to AI, data analytics, or digital technology is a plus.
