Analyst / Senior Analyst – Pricing Marketing (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team as an Analyst or Senior Analyst focused on pricing marketing. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will work in a data‑driven environment that shapes online marketing programs for a global travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and optimise search campaigns across Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other engines.
• Manage display advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, analysing performance and iterating on creative.
• Analyse experimental data, build optimisation models and develop dashboards for account managers.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists and marketing strategists to improve customer lifetime value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for data‑driven marketing.
