Associate Director, Head of People Services & Help Desk

About the role

Agoda is seeking an experienced leader to head its People Services & Help Desk function. Reporting to the People Experience and Services leadership, you will shape the delivery model for employee‑facing HR support across the global organization, ensuring seamless onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Help Desk (Tier 1) and self‑service (Tier 0) platforms, driving efficiency and high‑quality support.
• Oversee Global People Relations Services, handling sensitive employee matters with confidentiality.
• Design and implement scalable processes for onboarding, mobility, and employee lifecycle services.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR service delivery with organisational goals.
• Monitor service metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with global HR policies.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR operations or People Services.
• Strong track record of building and managing high‑performing support teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and drive change.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of HR service delivery models and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS and self‑service platforms.
• Expertise in handling employee relations and confidential matters.
