About the role

The Business Development Manager – LTP will drive commercial growth for Nestlé Thailand’s grocery sales division, focusing on General Trade and distributor execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

Drive commercial growth by identifying issues, opportunities and action plans across DOR, MOR and BOR channels.
Strengthen sales execution through SSF, SKU optimisation and PiOS compliance.
Lead Distributor Execution journey planning for M&P and Non‑M&P channels.
Manage LE forecasting, target setting and performance tracking for NPS and SSF.
Design and optimise incentive programmes for DE and LTP sales teams.

Required profile

7‑10 years of FMCG sales, commercial excellence or trade marketing experience.
Strong background in General Trade, distributor management and route‑to‑market.
Proven analytical and business‑planning capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and leadership skills.
Fluent in Thai and English.
