Demand Generation Specialist – 12‑month contract

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Generation specialist to drive on‑farm promotion of BASF’s crop solutions across several provinces in Thailand. The role combines field activation, farmer engagement and first‑line agronomic support on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute on‑farm demand generation activities such as demo plots, trials, field days and farmer meetings in line with campaign and crop plans.
• Promote assigned products across key crops, encouraging trial, adoption and repeat usage while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Gather and share market insights, competitor activity and farmer feedback with sales and marketing teams.
• Build strong relationships with farmers, retailers and trade partners, delivering product briefings and technical explanations.
• Provide first‑level agronomic support on product usage, application timing and benefits; identify field issues and escalate when necessary.
• Promote responsible product use and correct application practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of field experience in the agricultural or seed industry.
• Fluent communication in Thai and English.
• Strong ability to work outdoors and execute field activities.
• Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
