Head of Introducing Broker (Thai) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Introducing Broker (IB) for Thailand to drive regional growth in the forex and fintech sectors. This senior leadership position will focus on building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading a high‑performing Business Development team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive IB performance and growth in Thailand, meeting revenue, volume and market expansion targets.
• Develop and execute a strategic action plan tailored to the Thai market.
• Identify new opportunities, resolve market challenges and deliver measurable growth.
• Lead, mentor and motivate Business Development Managers to achieve individual and team targets.
• Define, monitor and act on clear KPIs to ensure consistent performance.
• Acquire new partners and strengthen existing relationships.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product and Compliance teams.
• Analyse partner performance, market trends and operational data to optimise growth.
• Foster long‑term relationships with partners to maximise their contribution.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development and IB management within Forex or Fintech, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent in Thai and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong relationship‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting and data interpretation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
