Junior Machine Maintenance Technician

About the role

As a Junior Machine Maintenance Technician at Bosch Group in Amata City, Rayong, you will support the reliability of manufacturing equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance activities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high equipment availability and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs for production machines.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory to minimise downtime.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing projects.
• Develop and maintain maintenance plans, schedules and work instructions.
• Track and analyse maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, technical losses and maintenance costs.
• Prepare reports and recommend improvement actions to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and participate in 5S activities.
