Logistics Staff – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

BASF is seeking a Logistics Staff member for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support warehouse and shipping operations in Thailand. The role ensures a safe, efficient work environment and reliable delivery of finished goods to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety and compliance with plant EHS regulations and company guidelines.
• Manage production scrap, ensuring cleanliness and safe conditions.
• Implement BASF (Thai) quality policy within the warehouse department.
• Keep accurate records of finished‑goods deliveries, including article numbers, dates, and lot numbers.
• Prepare invoices and relevant shipping documents for domestic customers.
• Fill Delivery Orders, create Transportation Modes in the system, and log all goods movements.
• Prepare shipping orders, prioritize based on stock availability, FIFO criteria, and loading priorities.
• Track shipments, follow up on documents, and coordinate with logistics or third‑party providers.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and stock audits.
• Enter material and product data into the computer database and provide GLM labels.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to handle documentation and data entry accurately.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and shipment coordination.
