Market Performance Specialist

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Market Performance Specialist to work with hotel partners across the APAC region. You will help customers maximise the value of SiteMinder’s platform, drive revenue growth and ensure successful product adoption through proactive, voice‑led engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding APAC customers to achieve revenue and performance goals.
• Conduct outbound phone and video calls to understand needs, provide guidance and drive product adoption.
• Develop strong relationships with diverse hotel clients and quickly build rapport.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and recommend optimisation strategies tailored to each customer.
• Identify expansion opportunities and help customers increase their use of SiteMinder solutions.
• Meet KPIs related to revenue expansion, adoption and engagement while managing pipeline and SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Passion for sales, customer success and delivering excellent experiences.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Thai; additional Mandarin, Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially over phone and video.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within hotel SaaS, account management or sales.
• Commercial awareness and interest in helping clients improve business performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment and manage multiple interactions.
