Sales Director

About the role

The Digital Sales Director will develop high‑quality business strategies and plans aligned with short‑term and long‑term objectives. The role leads and motivates subordinates to boost employee engagement and build a high‑performing sales team. The Director works closely with the CEO to maintain and grow the company’s profit.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all subordinates’ activities and own business actions to ensure results align with the overall strategy and mission.
• Make high‑quality opportunity decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
• Build trust relationships with key partners and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for important shareholders.
• Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the markets and industry.

Required profile

• Local Thai resident in Bangkok.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years experience in digital sales or at a digital agency.
• At least 1 year managing a sales department.
• Strong network within digital media agencies.
• Portfolio of direct‑brand clients.
• Knowledge of programmatic display and video advertising.
• Holistic marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business‑level English.
