SAP Warehouse Management Staff – Shipping & Packaging (1.5 yr contract)

About the role

The SAP Warehouse Management Staff will support daily warehouse operations at Bosch's Amata City facility in Rayong, focusing on shipping and packaging processes. This 1.5‑year contract position ensures accurate SAP transaction handling and contributes to continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SAP transactions for goods receipt, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Provide SAP training and documentation to warehouse personnel.
• Monitor and analyse SAP data to ensure accuracy and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Act as first‑level support (Process Area Coordinator) for troubleshooting SAP‑related issues.
• Participate in project‑related training, develop local training content, and support rollout activities.
• Collaborate on lesson‑learned activities with the Plant Local Coordinator and communicate key take‑aways in regular meetings.
• Identify data‑cleansing and process‑harmonisation needs across SAP systems.
• Support implementation and roll‑out projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Planning skills with experience in logistics and warehouse management.

• SAP (transaction processing, data analysis, training).
