Senior Analyst – App Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that boost the lifetime value of Agoda customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns and bidding strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models, and assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and other levers on bookings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders, including product and marketing leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and performance measurement.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.

Required skills

• Experience with data analysis and modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and bidding strategies.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and visualising data.
