Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Marketing Strategy (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst / Associate Manager to join its data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok. You will help design, test and optimise large‑scale marketing programmes that increase customer lifetime value across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad‑campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse experiment data, build predictive models and quantify the impact of TV, search and pricing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, surface insights and recommend growth levers.
• Collaborate with product, data‑science and marketing stakeholders to translate findings into product road‑maps and operational changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of experience analysing large data sets and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with data‑analysis tools and techniques (e.g., statistical modelling, predictive analytics).
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and performance metrics.
