Senior Analyst Business Strategy

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Analytics team in Bangkok. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office, and relocation support is provided for candidates willing to move.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize investments for the Strategic Partnerships team across APAC.
• Leverage data and analytical tools to evaluate partnership performance and identify improvement levers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, finance, product, marketing, supply) on cross‑functional projects.
• Maintain and optimise the department’s performance management system for a large team of account managers.
• Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness, and design/maintain data tools that support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, analytics or business analysis, preferably within a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok and work in a hybrid setting.
