Senior Analyst – Commercial Strategy (Bangkok)

About the role
Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Analytics team within Strategic Partnerships. Based in Bangkok with a hybrid schedule, you will help shape growth strategies for the APAC region and support the performance of non‑accommodation partners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investments across APAC.
- Leverage data and analytical tools to evaluate Strategic Partnerships performance and recommend improvement levers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, Finance, Product, Marketing, Supply) to drive strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and optimise the department’s performance management system for a large team of account managers.
- Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness, and manage data‑tool development.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, analytics or business development, preferably in travel or e‑commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across diverse teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bangkok and work in a hybrid office environment.
