Senior Manager – Supply Chain & Operations Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Supply Chain & Operations consulting practice in Bangkok. You will partner with clients to diagnose operational challenges, design improvement strategies, and drive execution that enhances efficiency and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client operations, identify bottlenecks, and develop data‑driven improvement plans.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality recommendations.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Communicate complex findings in clear, actionable formats for senior client stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends and integrate emerging best practices into client solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, operations, or management consulting at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior client leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions in complex environments.
