Survey Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Survey Operations Coordinator plans, coordinates and administers employee engagement, pulse and other organisational surveys. Working closely with HR, business stakeholders and survey vendors, the role ensures surveys are launched accurately, participation targets are met and results are delivered on time. The coordinator also supports continuous improvement of survey processes and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage employee engagement, pulse and organisational surveys.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders and external survey vendors to ensure accurate survey execution.
• Maintain survey databases, manage participant communications and monitor response rates.
• Perform data quality checks and assist in preparing survey reports and insights.
• Identify and implement improvements to survey processes, data accuracy and employee experience.
• Work with Global Mobility on crew allocations, journey management and compliance for field personnel.
• Coordinate training, competency and regulatory compliance for offshore personnel and support operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Graduate or GED; a BS or BA degree is desired.
• Minimum three years of oilfield experience, including at least one year in personnel logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
