Technical Engineering Internship – Industrial Engineering, Chassis System

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in industrial engineering within Bosch's Chassis System division in Thailand. You will work closely with engineers to support process optimisation, ergonomic design, and data‑driven time studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the industrial engineering team in daily process activities.
• Support ergonomic design and development of work systems.
• Help design workplace layouts and improve work‑system efficiency.
• Manage process time data, create standard times and perform line‑balancing.
• Conduct time‑study and work‑study analyses.
• Maintain document control for engineering records.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor program in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Availability for a minimum four‑month internship starting November 2026.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of Plant Simulation software.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI (advantageous).
