Warehouse Manager

About the role

As Warehouse Manager at Bosch Group’s smart factory in Pluak Daeng, you will lead a high‑performing logistics team in a fast‑growing automotive manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost‑effective warehouse operations that support the production of fuel injector systems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team performance through KPI setting, monitoring and financial management (budget & cash‑flow) while meeting service level agreements.
• Lead implementation of logistics maturity standards such as BPS and Lean across all warehouse nodes.
• Oversee logistics service provider (LSP) performance, strategic collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Manage warehouse optimisation projects, relocations and ramp‑up initiatives with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to build a future‑ready workforce.
• Lead organisational efficiency optimisation and change management within warehouse functions.
• Ensure zero‑harm workplace by driving safety initiatives, audits and corrective actions in partnership with the LSP Safety Officer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Ability to analyse performance data, manage budgets and drive financial results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Lean, BPS and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Commitment to safety excellence and regulatory compliance.
