Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Manager

About the role

Corporate Finance & Investor Relations role in aCommerce is a combination of managing the company's funding and relationship with banks, regulators and investors, plus managing the M&A strategy going forward. This role will assist in driving the strategy, communication and interaction between aCommerce Public Company and our respective investors, regulators and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the investor relations function and be the contact point for the company’s stakeholders.
• Assist in the company’s fund‑raising activities and liaise with financial advisors, regulators and investors.
• Organize and conduct meetings with investors, including conferences, roadshows and capital‑market days.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly shareholder updates and ad‑hoc analysis upon request.
• Respond to investor queries promptly and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Prepare, in collaboration with the team, management talking points, presentations, press releases, annual reports, quarterly earnings materials and website content for investment communication.
• Develop financial models and conduct financial analyses for long‑term strategic planning.
• Play a key role in potential capital‑market transactions and M&A deals.
• Execute other ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Group CFO and Head of Corporate Finance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or related advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, IPO processes and investor relations, including common valuation methodologies and financial modelling.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
