Corporate Pricing Analyst – Health Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Pricing Analyst (Group Health) to join our regional Corporate Pricing team in Bangkok. The role involves developing and managing health insurance pricing for corporate clients across Asia and the Middle East, working closely with sales teams and insurance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare corporate health insurance quotations, reviewing employee census, benefits, geographic coverage and claims experience.
• Assist in creating non‑standard and tailored plans using existing pricing tools and methodologies.
• Develop renewal quotations based on claims experience, demographics and benefit utilisation, and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Prepare and submit pricing recommendations to insurers, support negotiations and respond to technical queries.
• Analyse claims reports to identify trends, cost drivers and propose pricing or benefit solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Insurance, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance pricing, underwriting, actuarial work or data analysis; recent graduates with a relevant background are also considered.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
