Lead Analyst, Supply Analytics (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Lead Analyst to join its Supply Analytics team in Bangkok. You will work directly with senior leaders to turn business questions into data‑driven projects that shape the company’s supply strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions and defining hypotheses.
• Extract and analyse data from large‑scale data warehouses to produce statistically robust insights.
• Identify growth opportunities within the supply ecosystem and propose data‑backed initiatives.
• Lead projects that scale the use of data, insights, and intelligence across the Supply organization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data products that support strategic and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to diverse business stakeholders.
