Regulatory Affairs Manager – Pet Food (Regional)

About the role

Based at the Head Office in Bangkok, the Regulatory Affairs Manager will lead regulatory assessments for zone‑led new product development projects within Nestlé Purina Petcare AOA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regulatory knowledge building and project activities, ensuring alignment and proactive participation.
• Develop and maintain solid knowledge of pet food regulations and share it with RSA colleagues and relevant functions.
• Analyse regulatory frameworks to identify opportunities for new product development at early stages.
• Perform regulatory assessments throughout the project lifecycle and provide guidance and proposals to the project team.
• Identify potential regulatory risks, propose alternatives, and implement action plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Support markets with technical assistance and ensure fast, reliable issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a regulatory environment; regional experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements within R&D, markets or SBUs, or equivalent external experience.
• Proven track record of leading regulatory activities for new product launches.
• Ability to lead regulatory aspects of strategic projects and influence stakeholders.
