Sales Promotion Staff (Central Lower) – 12‑month contract

About the role

BASF is seeking a Sales Promotion Staff for its Central Lower region in Thailand. The role focuses on managing sub‑dealers and key farmers across Suphanburi, Ayutthaya and Chinat, driving sales performance and supporting promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sub‑dealers in the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to boost sales performance and gather market insights.
• Execute promotional campaigns and prepare detailed sales and activity reports.
• Develop and maintain a network of dealers, sub‑dealers and key farmers.
• Support senior promoters with documentation and field activities.
• Strengthen relationships with sub‑dealers and key farmers.
• Prepare market information reports for senior sales management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of field experience in the agricultural or seed industry.
• Fluent communication in Thai and English.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel extensively within the region.
• Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
