Senior Analyst – Supply Analytics (Bangkok)

About the role

As a Senior Analyst in the Supply Analytics team, you will drive data‑focused insights that shape Agoda’s supply ecosystem. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will work closely with partners and cross‑functional teams to improve inventory quality and partner economics.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions and storyboarding outputs.
• Extract and analyse data from large‑scale data warehouses to deliver statistically robust insights for diverse business stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities within the supply ecosystem and propose data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead and support initiatives that scale the use of data, insights and intelligence across the Supply organization.
• Collaborate with partners on the ground and work closely with Supply, Product and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to formulate hypotheses and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated individual contributor comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment, preferably within travel or e‑commerce.
