Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst to join its data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on designing, testing and optimizing large‑scale marketing campaigns, building predictive models and delivering actionable insights that improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and campaign structures across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze experiment data, develop predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, pricing elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, identify growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Adapt to new product features and roll out successful test changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, experimentation or data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and statistical reasoning.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and bidding strategies.
