Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a senior analyst to join its data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on large‑scale, measurable marketing programs that aim to improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to optimise campaign performance across partners such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
• Build and maintain dashboards, analyse results and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
