AI Enablement Partner

About the role

The AI Enablement Partner will drive the adoption of artificial intelligence across the organization by providing frameworks, tools, and mentorship. You will work closely with business units to shape AI strategies that align with corporate goals. This role combines technical guidance with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Build internal AI solutions by providing frameworks, tools, and mentorship.
• Partner with business units to co‑create AI roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for AI drivers and AI champions across the organization.
• Coach and mentor junior and advanced team members, fostering AI competency development.
• Facilitate workshops to identify AI opportunities and define implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible use.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI enablement, solution development, or related fields.
• Strong collaboration skills with business units and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members at various skill levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience delivering AI projects in a corporate environment.
