Product Support Representative

About the role

The Product Support Representative for Core X will be the primary technical interface with airline customers, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support of digital solutions. The role involves on‑site visits, training, and close collaboration with Customer Success Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy Core X Skywise Digital Solutions, including data mapping, configuration, and user training.
• Support customers during User Acceptance Tests, resolve technical queries, and manage the transition to in‑service operations.
• Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets, conduct health‑checks, and execute engagement plans when needed.
• Maintain the customer feedback loop, prioritize queries, and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the aeronautical or data‑analytics industry with direct customer support exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to make quick decisions during disruptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive, autonomous work style with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ticketing and project‑management software.
• Knowledge of databases and web technologies.
• Experience with Big Data and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Ability to perform log analysis, diagnose and resolve technical problems in SaaS environments.
