Lead Consultant, Delivery Management (Electrical Engineering)

About the role

As a Lead Consultant in Delivery Management for Electrical Engineering, you will join Aurecon's Infrastructure business in Bangkok. You will work with a highly skilled team to turn complex ideas into reality for a range of infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and third‑party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives, secure resource availability and develop detailed project plans.
• Manage project changes, measure performance, report to management and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Perform risk management and keep comprehensive project documentation.
• Delegate tasks, track performance and budgets, develop project plans and support professional development.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for re‑imagining engineering and continuous learning.
• Relevant technical qualification; chartered status preferred; Professional Engineering or Architect License (2nd Class) with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience.
• Excellent client‑facing, internal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and multitasking proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project software tools.
