People Business Partner – Thailand

About the role

Join Aurecon as a People Business Partner in Thailand and become the strategic HR ally for the Country leadership team. You will drive people strategies that support growth, performance and employee engagement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Aurecon’s People strategy throughout the Thailand operation.
• Provide commercial and HR expertise to guide key people priorities.
• Partner with the Asia Regional People Team on talent management, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the local People team to deliver operational and strategic objectives.
• Design and execute talent retention and development programmes to enhance the employee experience.
• Collaborate on cross‑geography projects that leverage diverse skills and perspectives.

Required profile

• Passion for re‑imagining employee experience and continuous learning.
• Strong knowledge of Thai employment law.
• Minimum 6 years of senior‑level employee‑relations experience partnering with stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and organisational culture alignment (advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated leadership, agility and service‑focused mindset.
