HR Officer – Payroll & HR Digitalization

About the role
We are looking for an HR Officer to manage payroll operations and drive HR digitalisation initiatives for our Bangkok office. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, support employee queries and lead projects that enhance our HR technology landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate and validate payroll data including commissions, bonuses, allowances, overtime and ad‑hoc payments.
- Maintain employee data in coordination with the payroll outsourcing vendor and review payroll calculations before approval.
- Prepare post‑payroll documentation, cost allocations and accrual reports.
- Submit statutory payroll reports such as tax, social security, provident fund and insurance in line with Thai regulations.
- Act as the primary contact for payroll‑related employee inquiries and process medical claim reimbursements.
- Lead HR digitalisation projects, implement and troubleshoot solutions such as Power Automate and DocuSign to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll or related HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in digital transformation and AI‑enabled solutions.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Experience with Power Automate.
- Familiarity with DocuSign.
