Production Team Leader – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Team Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our smart factory in Rayong, Thailand. You will ensure smooth production flow, maintain high quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in line with Bosch Production System principles.

Key responsibilities

• Plan tools, capacity, material consumption and stock to avoid production bottlenecks.
• Manage the production process to meet the plan using SQCD standards.
• Monitor daily performance against KPIs such as OEE, productivity and IDC, and act on deviations.
• Record hourly output and loss time, and book data in SAP.
• Control shop‑floor documentation and support Industry 4.0 activities.
• Ensure availability of consumables, tools and equipment.
• Lead policy deployment, continuous improvement initiatives and motivate the team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date production documents, including 4M changes.
• Prepare daily production and problem reports.
• Implement Bosch Production System activities (140, 5S, etc.) and support cost‑saving projects.

Required profile

• High Vocational Certificate or higher.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills in English (reading and writing); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (production data entry and inventory control).
• Kanban system management.
• OEE and productivity measurement.
• 5S and Bosch Production System (BPS) methodologies.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts.
