Mold Manufacturing Senior Engineer (New Project)

About the role

As a Mold Manufacturing Senior Engineer you will lead the development and production of new mold insert spare parts for our precision‑machining workshop. You will ensure on‑time delivery, high quality, and compliance while driving continuous improvement in our smart factory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and manufacturing of new mold insert spare parts.
• Plan and prioritize mold insert spare‑part production to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and develop technician competency.
• Monitor workshop expenses, consumable costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Organize and lead activities to improve quality and safety within the workshop.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mold & Die Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mold manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of precision‑machining processes such as EDM, HSM, wire cut, grinding and laser welding.
• Familiarity with new insert spare‑part creation and mold tool repair.
• Proficiency in 3D NX, CAD/CAM, SolidWorks and Inventor.
• Strong root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of both Thai and English.
