Senior Analyst – Strategy & Analytics for Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Analytics team within the Strategic Partnerships department. Based in Bangkok with a hybrid work model, you will help identify growth opportunities, optimise performance and support data‑driven decision making across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and internal analyses to pinpoint growth opportunities and prioritise investment areas for Strategic Partnerships in APAC.
• Leverage data and analytical tools to evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvement levers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, product, marketing, finance, etc.) to drive strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the performance management system for a large team of account managers.
• Oversee data infrastructure to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of partnership data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, analytics or business performance roles, preferably within a fast‑moving, data‑centric environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok and work on‑site three days a week.
