Senior Analyst – Strategy & Analytics (Strategic Partnerships)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Analytics team within the Strategic Partnerships department. Based in Bangkok with a hybrid work model, you will help shape growth initiatives across APAC by turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy: conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC.
• Analytics: leverage data and tools to analyze strategic partnership performance and identify improvement levers.
• Cross‑functional projects: collaborate with B2B, White Label, Affiliates, financial institutions and product, marketing, supply, finance teams across APAC.
• Performance management: maintain and optimise the performance management system for a large team of account managers.
• Data & tools: oversee data infrastructure, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and design/maintain decision‑support tools.
• Performance reporting: prepare business performance updates, proposals and recommendations for senior management.
• Pricing experiments: run A/B experiments to optimise pricing strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development or related fields.
• Proven ability to use quantitative methods to solve ambiguous problems and deliver recommendations.
• Growth mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
