Associate Manager, Customer Marketing

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Associate Manager to lead customer‑focused marketing initiatives in Bangkok. You will join a data‑driven Performance Marketing team that designs and scales programs to increase the lifetime value of Agoda’s customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise paid campaigns across search partners such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Run experiments on ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies, and roll out successful tests.
• Analyse large data sets from campaigns, build predictive models and provide insights on booking impact and demand elasticity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and data‑science teams to implement roadmap recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Experience with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Proficiency in data analysis and building dashboards.
• Understanding of predictive modelling concepts.
