CRM Executive – Consumer Loyalty & Digital Engagement

About the role

The CRM Executive will lead the design and execution of member acquisition, retention and omni‑channel engagement programs, ensuring they align with Nestlé’s brand strategy and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative member acquisition and retention strategies to drive long‑term consumer loyalty.
• Align CRM initiatives with business objectives, marketing themes and overall brand strategy.
• Create personalized consumer experiences across all touchpoints, including digital and offline channels.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to design recruitment campaigns, onboarding experiences and omni‑channel engagement programs.
• Manage TikTok affiliate marketing, recruiting influencers and optimizing performance‑driven campaigns.
• Produce consumer insights reports and presentations to guide marketing and management decisions.
• Maintain and continuously update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation and compliance with local privacy regulations.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics, develop predictive models and optimise budget to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in a consumer‑focused environment.
• Experience with digital media channel reporting and insights.
• Strong command of English and Thai.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and solid project‑management abilities.
