Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy

About the role

As an Associate Manager in Marketing Strategy, you will join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven search, display and modelling initiatives that improve customer lifetime value across global channels.

Key responsibilities

• Search: design, test and optimise text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures on platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Display: run experiments, analyse performance and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social networks.
• Modelling: analyse large experiment datasets, develop optimisation models and create dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong numerical reasoning.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
