Senior Analyst – Generative AI Marketing (Bangkok, Relocation)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Analyst to drive the creation of generative‑AI‑powered marketing products. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will work at the intersection of marketing, data, product development and AI to turn high‑impact workflow opportunities into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recurring marketing workflows where AI can improve speed, quality, scalability or decision‑making.
• Quantify each opportunity by measuring effort, pain points, user base and potential business value.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, milestones and success criteria.
• Build and test prototypes using SQL, Python, automation tools and generative AI technologies.
• Partner with developers, technology teams and sponsoring marketing teams to turn prototypes into reliable products.
• Design evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, reliability, usability, safety and human‑in‑the‑loop review.
• Lead user research, pilots and iterative testing with analysts and channel specialists.
• Drive rollout, documentation, training and adoption, measuring hours saved, turnaround time, quality improvements and downstream impact.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in analytics, product analytics, marketing strategy, business operations, consulting or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, technical or business discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working independently with large or complex datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with Python, scripting, workflow automation or similar technical tools.
• Product thinking ability to understand user problems, define requirements and prioritize scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and proven stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Experience building GenAI applications, AI agents or automated analytical workflows, including prompting, retrieval‑augmented generation, APIs, model evaluation and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
