Chef de Partie จะรับผิดชอบดูแลส่วนของครัวที่ได้รับมอบหมายในโรงแรม Waldorf กรุงเทพฯ โดยต้องรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพ รสชาติ และการจัดจานให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดของโรงแรม

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

ควบคุมคุณภาพอาหารและมาตรฐานความสะอาดของครัว
เตรียมและปรุงอาหารอย่างมืออาชีพ พร้อมดูแลสต็อก สุขอนามัย และความปลอดภัย
สนับสนุนการทำงานของทีมครัวและเรียนรู้จาก Sous Chef และ Head Chef เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการดูแลทีม
