Finance Analyst

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for Airbus Flight Operations Services in Bangkok. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in compiling annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Track actual performance against targets and provide variance analysis with commentary.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and routine reports for budget owners.
• Support operational teams with finance‑related processes such as expense notes, purchase orders and payments.
• Assist internal control reporting and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Follow up on purchase orders, invoicing and overdue invoices.
• Collaborate on enhancing reports, risk & opportunity reporting, and ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Head of Finance.

Required profile

• Fresh university graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in Business Administration or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Thai and English.
• Ability to work in an international, service‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
