FS Technology Strategy & Operations - Senior Manager

About the role

Join PwC's Technology Consulting practice as a Senior Manager in Financial Services (FS) Technology Strategy & Operations. You will partner with senior business leaders to shape technology road‑maps, drive innovation, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that align IT with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary project manager and client liaison, overseeing delivery of advisory mandates.
• Lead and coach a small team, ensuring high‑quality outputs and professional development.
• Monitor, manage and report on project milestones, timelines, issues and risks.
• Prepare and maintain project management toolkits and standard documentation.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in project finance or PMO for large‑scale initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology (Scrum Master preferred).
