About the role
Join Bosch’s Amata Plant in Rayong as an IT Project Coordinator. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in project coordination within a manufacturing environment. You will support the SAP S/4HANA rollout and help drive organizational change.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and handle administrative tasks.
- Play a crucial role in the SAP S/4HANA rollout at the Amata Plant.
- Develop and execute communication plans for project updates and status reports.
- Coordinate organizational change management (OCM) efforts.
- Manage authorizations within the plant and perform ad‑hoc duties as needed.
Required profile
- Degree in IT, Science, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or logistics.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Strong written and spoken English (TOEIC ≥ 550 is a plus) and Thai.
- Ability to organize effective cross‑functional meetings and adapt to regular changes.
