SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project Coordinator Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Rayong plant as a 2026 intern supporting the SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will help coordinate daily project activities, keep documentation up‑to‑date, and ensure smooth communication across functional teams in a fast‑moving industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day coordination of the SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
• Prepare and distribute project communications to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and streamline workflows.
• Support organization and execution of project meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
• Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and database management.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
