About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Paid Performance Marketing Lead to oversee and optimise high‑impact campaigns for well‑known brands. You will manage strategic client accounts and drive performance across multiple e‑commerce and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Shopee and Lazada.
• Manage high‑impact, strategic client accounts and ensure delivery of KPI targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop data‑driven strategies and creative solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate insights and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid performance or performance‑marketing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
