Senior Analyst/Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy

About the role

Join Agoda’s data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok to develop and optimise measurable marketing programmes that enhance customer lifetime value. You will work with analysts, strategists and data scientists to experiment, model and report on campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and others.
• Develop predictive models and analyse large data sets to understand impacts of TV campaigns, pricing elasticity and other marketing levers.
• Build dashboards, track performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work quickly, make evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA and SQL.
• Experience with visualisation platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
