Logistic Planning Manager

About the role

Direct, manage and optimize all resources connected to the planning process with the goal of achieving minimal total costs while meeting customer requirements in a high‑complexity plant operation.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all resources linked to the planning process to minimise total costs while meeting customer requirements in a high‑complexity plant.
• Design and control information flows, master data and logistics processes related to planning logistics.
• Coordinate inventory, material, sales scheduling and demand planning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure implementation of global logistics standards and drive continuous improvement together with regional logistics.
• Control planning logistics processes, including inventory, material, production planning, sales scheduling and demand planning, using standardized procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Fluent English (minimum B1 CEFR).
• Strong analytical ability and data‑driven mindset.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑focused attitude with risk‑control awareness under business compliance.
