Manager – Specialist Sales, Consumer & Digital Solutions (SEA)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a commercially‑minded payments professional to join its Customer Solutions Centre in Thailand. The Manager, Specialist Sales, Consumer & Digital Solutions will drive growth of Mastercard’s consumer and digital payments portfolio across the SEA region, helping issuers expand card portfolios and accelerate digital payment adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Drive specialist solution sales across credit, debit, prepaid, tokenization, authentication and digital commerce offerings.
• Engage financial institution clients to translate Mastercard capabilities into clear business value and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and present integrated value propositions that combine card products with digital payment solutions.
• Support issuers in adopting tokenized payments, digital wallets and X‑Pay enablement.
• Partner with Account Management and Business Development on proposals, RFPs and strategic opportunities.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, market insights and competitive analyses.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Delivery and Services teams to ensure solution readiness and successful launches.
• Monitor market dynamics and customer needs to identify innovation and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payments or financial services sales, preferably with issuers.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal product and marketing teams.
