Sales Officer – Electronics Trading

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive new business development and manage existing accounts for our electronics trading division. You will act as the main liaison between customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle RFQs, customer inquiries and prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Develop and present pricing strategies, product and business presentations.
• Monitor new business opportunities, report project status and manage periodic quotations.
• Conduct marketing activities, gather market information and support key customers.
• Coordinate product deliveries, inventory planning and ordering processes.
• Maintain strong CRM and SRM, manage product quality issues and change processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with good business English (TOEIC 500+ preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
